Gary Grynkewich has practiced personal injury law in Tucson and Arizona for over 29 years. In addition to having prosecuted actions on behalf of his clients in at least ten of the State's counties, Mr. Grynkewich has represented numerous clients in personal injury matters before the federal courts.
Among other notable accomplishments, Mr. Grynkewich was successful in challenging a powerful HMO's attempt to deny a client access to the courts, which involved an appeal to the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Grynkewich has successfully represented literally hundreds of clients as a result of injuries or death resulting from automobile, truck, motorcycle and aviation accidents, pedestrian and bicycle accidents, defective products, medical malpractice, unsafe premises, and improper denial of insurance benefits. As a result of his bringing actions on his client's behalf, Mr. Grynkewich has achieved a number of million dollar plus settlements and/or awards.
In addition to his law practice, Gary Grynkewich has been involved in a number of civic activities over the years including: Mayor and Council's City Magistrate Merit Selection Commission (chair); Pima County Superior Court Judge Pro Tempore; State Bar of Arizona Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Committee (chair); Pima County Teen Court Advisory Board; State Bar of Arizona Committee on Lower Court Reform; Canyon View Little League (coach). |
